I have no idea how Bacon doesn’t come in fried rice by default. Maybe the Chinese didn’t have pigs back in the old days. Oh….I bet pigs in those days couldn’t jump over that great wall to into China.

In any case, I’m a big big fan of fried rice. In fact I’ve always told Mrs. Pig that I could live on fried rice for the rest of my life.

Add bacon, and I’m in heaven.
