Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops

On this blog, Saturday is Bacon recipe day. So no Excel tips and tricks today. Today we learn about bacon.

Since I missed last Saturday’s bacon recipe post, I figured I need to double-down on the pork products. So today’s recipe is the easy and tasty Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops.

Here’s what you’ll need:

6 (1 inch thick) boneless pork chops

6 tablespoons process cheese sauce (Velveeta or CheeseWhiz)

12 slices bacon

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through but still flexible.

Wrap two slices of bacon around each pork chop and top with a tablespoon of cheese sauce.

Place the pork chops in a baking dish.

Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven.

Notes: I call this vegetarian conversion food.  I defy anyone to smell this recipe cooking and remain a vegetarian.
