On this blog, Saturday is Bacon recipe day. So no Excel tips and tricks today. Today we learn about bacon.

Today’s recipe (Bacon and cheese Quesadilla) is honor of Cinco de September. This was the day when a tortilla boy invented the quesadilla. I could be wrong about that.

•2 flour tortillas

•1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

•1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon (You can use the pre-cooked and packaged stuff

Put a tortilla in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add half the cheese and half the bacon. Fold the tortilla in half and grill, pressing down with a spatula, until golden; flip and do the same on the other side. Repeat with the second tortilla.
